Dang Them!! Dang Them All To Heck!!

Stupid Edmonton Oilers and their stupid Fernando Pisani!!!

I am cheering for the Carolina Hurricanes. I don't like the Hurricanes. I probably couldn't even name one player on their team if you asked me to. I do, however, LOVE the Calgary Flames; and as a true Flames fan, I can not lower my standards enough to cheer for the Edmonton Oilers.

A lot of people have said 'Well, you're Canadian. The Oilers are the only Canadian team left. Why not, just cheer for them?' How about this; because they SUCK!! I am a Canadian, I love my country - that is precisely why I don't want the Edmonton Oilers to stand up as our nations Champions. Think about this for a moment - Do you really want to cheer on a team whose fans stab each other to celebrate a victory? Do you really want to support people who trash their city, start riots, and lite fires as tribute for winning a game? You want THAT to be a representation of our country? I sure don't. I think it's a total embarassment.

Get it together Carolina; if you'd played the first period like you did the last period you would have won. Better luck on Saturday!
